Refund & cancellation policy

THEHEARTSHOPSTORES believes in earning trust of its customers, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

Order cancellations will be considered , if process of shipping is not initiated from us .Before shipment booking, you may cancel order any time.
Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is damaged.

This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.
